WILTON,ME- As part of a recent reorganization, Rand N. Stowell is no longer affiliated with Microptix. Stowell abruptly resigned as President and Treasurer of Microptix Technologies, LLC in November 2011, but still was a major shareholder and Manager of the company. With the reorganization, Stowell owns no shares, has no position, and has no association with the "new" company. Further details of the reorganization and plans will be forthcoming.
